Trick or Treating. Some helpful, healthy tips!

Halloween is a great time for kids. They have lots of fun with costume parties and with trick-or-treating. The concern for parents is deciding what to do with those big trick-or-treat bags full of candy and sweet treats. With the current stats in Canada and the US, many kids are overweight and loading up on all that sugar and fat in a short period of time is not a great idea.
