In September, I had an incredible holiday in Tuscany. Three days at an authentic cooking school in the Chianti Hills, five days at a Villa outside San Gimignano and then my final destination and my second time to Florence – perfecto!

The wine, food, landscape and the Italians inspired me to write a Tuscany Food and Wine series for my Grow with Nutrition Blog.
