Happy 144 Birthday Canada!

Canada Day is celebrated on July 1st across the country July 1st marks the anniversary of the formation of the union of the British North America provinces in a federation under the name of Canada – that’s the technical explanation! Canada Day also means fireworks, parties, parades, barbecues, special events and the year’s biggest national party. I make an easy, fun Canada Flag Cake from Ontario Strawberries, Jell-o and real whip cream. I top it with sparklers & it is an instant crowd pleaser at the festivities. What else is on the menu?
