Kids look up to their parents right?  We look at mom and dad as heroes.  The parents must model health to their kids like you said in the form of exercising and healthy eating.

Those quick processed foods don&#039;t only cause obesity over time but other serious health problems.  Things like MSG and aspartame which are flavor enhancers are also neurotoxins which are very bad for brain health.</description>
