‘Let’s all go the Ex’! The Canadian National Exhibition opened on August 17, 2012 serving up Canadian hospitality and every deep fried food imaginable. My experience with that cuisine is limited to deep fried mac & cheese. This late night treat was from Cosmopolitan's menu in Las Vegas and it will stay in Vegas….not a fan!
