Coffee Tasting Experience

Recently, I organized a coffee tasting with five other foodies at the Hacienda Roasting Company http://www.matteroftaste.ca/ The workshop was one hour in length and we learned about the growing and roasting process, plus three different methods to brew coffee. It was a great experience!
